The inscriptions on its walls provide important information about language, myth and religion during the Greco-Roman period in ancient Egypt after your visit to Edfu ends.

Then Transfer to  Kom Ombo the city to visit the temple of Kom Ombo  is an unusual double temple built during the Ptolemaic dynasty in the Egyptian city of Kom Ombo.

Some additions to it will be later during the Roman period. The building is unique due to its “double” meaning that there were 2 duplicate courtyards, corridors, halls and shrines for the two gods. The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world with Hathor and Jonsu, and the other half dedicated to the hawk god horus the elder (haroeris) warrior god with Hathor and Jonsu.

Then Transfer to Aswan, Arrival and transfer to a local restaurant for lunch included

After lunch, you will be transferred to continue  your day trip to Philae Temple  is an island in Lake Nasser, Egito. It was formerly an island in the first cataract of the River Nile and the former site of an ancient Egyptian temple complex in the southern Egypt, then end the day with a visit to  the High Dam  that was built in 1961 by Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasar.

The two temples of Abu Simbel , with their unique style, are considered the masterpieces of ancient Egypt.

They reflect the glory and greatness of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to cooperate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Ra, and Ramses II himself. The great temple of Abu Simbel is also called The Temple of the Sun of Ramssess II.The temple of Queen Nefertari is also called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the sun god in a symbolic way, the two temples, that of Ramses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the sun god as one. Spend around 3 hours there and then take the road back to Aswan.
