Visiting Cairo oasis in 3 days 2 nights Siwa oasis has been considered one of the most mysterious of all the oases in Egypt, Siwa oasis is also the most fascinating. It’s history has been shaped not only by major civilizations, but also by the contrast of the desert surroundings with the soil of the lush oasis environment.
Siwan people have their own culture and customs and, just as they speak Arabic, they speak their own Berber (Amazigh) language. Women still wear traditional costumes and silver jewelry and Siwa remains one of the best places to buy traditional local handicrafts.
Climb through the ruins of the ancient city for magnificent views of the entire oasis. Walk, rent a bike, or ride a caretta (cart) to outlying attractions and bathing areas. Take a bath in one of the many cool and refreshing springs. Taste traditional Siwan foods. Enjoy an unforgettable and unique cultural experience
